Overview

The Wealth Services Coordinator at Community Financial Services Bank will support the growth of CFSB Investments by coordinating marketing efforts and enhancing client relationships. This role involves operational support for Financial Advisors and includes executing marketing initiatives and managing social media presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives for CFSB Investments
  • Manage and maintain department's social media presence
  • Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures and presentations
  • Ensure all marketing efforts comply with regulations
  • Coordinate branding and promotional materials for events
  • Track and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Plan and coordinate client events and educational workshops
  • Manage event logistics including budgeting and vendor coordination
  • Represent the department at community events and networking opportunities
  • Conduct internal referral training across all markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with front-line team members
  • Ensure proper documentation for client interactions and marketing activities
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized client files in compliance with standards
  • Complete all tasks and trainings before deadlines
  • Comply with established CFSB/LPL policies and procedures
