Edward Don & Company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk for the night shift in Woodridge, Illinois. The role involves auditing warehouse folders for accuracy, closing out orders in the system, and performing various clerical duties to support warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Audits warehouse folders for accuracy
  • Closes out all orders to finalize shipments
  • Communicates with market managers on product issues
  • Generates daily reports on items requiring approval
  • Performs clerical duties such as answering phones and filing

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 1-year warehouse office experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • AS400 experience preferred
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures
  • Ability to read and speak English
