Overview As Staff Software Engineer on the Go-to-Market Engineering team, you will own the architecture and long-term direction of our GTM tech stack. You'll design and operate production-grade AI agents and automated workflows that cut manual sales work and boost decision-making. You will lead complex, high-impact initiatives across teams, while remaining hands-on throughout the lifecycle. You'll translate business problems into scalable solutions and mentor peers to raise engineering standards. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, data, and engineering to enable sellers to operate more effectively at scale.
