Overview

The Vice President of Clinical Services at Maryhaven is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of treatment services to patients in a comprehensive behavioral services setting. This position focuses on mental health and substance use recovery, contributing to the mission of helping underserved populations since 1953.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and staffing of clinical services for patients
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing standards
  • Supervise and manage upper-level staff within the clinical services division
  • Drive excellence in quality care and foster a culture of dignity and inclusion

Required skills

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or Business
  • Minimum of six years' experience as an upper-level manager in mental health or healthcare administration
  • Supervisory experience
  • State of Ohio licensure such as LISW, LPCC, LICDC or equivalents
