Position Overview
Reprosify is seeking an experienced and results-driven U.S. Outbound Tele-Sales Team Manager to lead and manage our outbound sales operations targeting the U.S. real estate market. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of tele-sales representatives, driving revenue growth, improving sales performance, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing telesales teams, and a deep understanding of outbound sales strategies. This individual will play a key role in building a high-performing sales team while continuously refining sales processes and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the U.S. outbound tele-sales team to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies focused on acquiring Realtors, mortgage professionals, and title companies.

  • Monitor daily sales activities including call volume, lead conversion, and revenue performance.

  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their communication, objection handling, and closing skills.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to improve team productivity.

  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and sales pipelines.

  • Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improving processes and performance.

  • Assist in developing sales scripts, messaging strategies, and objection-handling frameworks.

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and professional communication with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, including leadership or management responsibilities.

  • Proven track record of managing teams that consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and outbound calling platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve sales performance metrics.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with U.S. clients or in international sales markets.

  • Familiarity with the real estate, or mortgage industry is a plus.

  • Experience building and scaling outbound sales teams.
