Lost Dutchman Search is seeking experienced Commercial E&S Underwriters for their expanding teams in Scottsdale, AZ, and Dallas, TX. Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and cultivate new agency relationships within assigned territory
  • Grow and manage a profitable book of business leveraging understanding of E&S risks
  • Contribute to product development initiatives
  • Participate in special projects shaping underwriting strategy
  • Collaborate across departments in a positive and innovative culture

Required skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial P&C E&S underwriting experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with contract binding and wholesale distribution
  • Previous experience with an insurance carrier
