Overview

Conroe Montgomery Physician Group is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer to join their team in Conroe, Texas. This full-time position entails providing specialized care to patients while performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a supportive and collaborative environment, emphasizing high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule ultrasonic diagnostic procedures and prepare patients by explaining procedures
  • Perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures, including patient positioning and transducer selection
  • Manage processing and documentation, developing films and ensuring accuracy of reports and files
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and report faulty equipment to management

Required skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer
  • Certification in diagnostic ultrasound in compliance with state regulations
  • Current ARDMS license
