Overview

MSO -Caring for Women is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join their dedicated team in Denton, Texas. This role involves performing ultrasound diagnostic procedures to ensure high-quality patient care, while being part of an organization committed to investing in its employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasonic medical diagnostic procedures as directed by physicians
  • Schedule patients for ultrasonic diagnostic procedures
  • Position patients and select the appropriate transducer
  • Conduct scanning procedures using ultrasound equipment
  • Manage processing and documentation including developing film and documenting tests
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and notify management of any faults
  • Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values Statements

Required skills

  • Minimum of one year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer
  • Certification in diagnostic ultrasound in accordance with state regulations
  • Current ARRT or ARDMS license required
