Nirenstein, Horowitz Associates P.C. is seeking a Trust Administration Paralegal to join their experienced Estate Planning firm in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues and clients, while providing high-quality client service and managing various administrative tasks related to Trust and Estate administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a professional, collaborative approach in client interactions
  • Maintain a client-first mindset with high standards of service
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
  • Coordinate with financial institutions to obtain necessary documentation
  • Review and interpret financial documents
  • Draft Probate Court forms and estate tax returns
  • Monitor and manage critical deadlines
