Overview

The Law Office of Domingo Garcia is seeking a motivated Trial Associate Attorney to join their personal injury litigation team. This role involves managing cases from intake through verdict, with a focus on advocating for clients' rights in various circumstances such as motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through all stages of litigation.
  • Handle all aspects of case development, including discovery, depositions, expert coordination, and motion practice.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, and trial briefs.
  • Evaluate and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
  • Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates and legal guidance.
