The Technical Solutions Trainer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs for employees, preparing them for exceptional customer service, sales performance, and technical support.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training programs for customer service teams and field technicians.
  • Develop curriculum, lead classroom and hands-on training, and evaluate trainee performance.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Facilitate role-play, simulations, and scenario-based exercises.
  • Train employees in effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance assessments throughout training.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and e-learning content.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to update training content.
  • Teach troubleshooting workflows and best practices for installation and safety.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide timely coaching.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure training includes field safety best practices.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of Technical Installation and Troubleshooting Experience.
  • 2+ years of facilitation and sales experience.
  • Proficiency in RF theory, Digital Theory, Fiber Optics, and IP networking.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in customer service and technical environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple training classes.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Valid Driver's license with a compliant driving record.
