Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Professional with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience in Orlando, Florida. This role requires a dependable and customer service-driven individual to thrive in a compliance-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits to prospective residents
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing regulations
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for audits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
