Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking an Apartment Leasing Professional with experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) to work in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. This role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process while ensuring adherence to relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and communicate community features
  • Guide prospective residents through application and leasing process
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing regulations
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Handle deposits and rent payments accurately
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for audits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
