Maryhaven, Central Ohio's largest behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for various positions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational goals while fostering a culture of diversity and excellence in care.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and offering candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment processes

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least one year of experience in recruitment and talent management tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of talent acquisition legal requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
