Westshore Blvd - Tampa, FL Reports To: Director of RecruitingPosition SummaryImpact Business Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting and staffing operations. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating job postings, managing applicant flow, supporting our recruiting team, and ensuring candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams, and serving as the backbone of a high-performing recruiting organization.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and publish job postings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.Manage the initial applicant review and screening process to ensure qualified candidates are routed appropriately.Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and lead generation initiatives.Coordinate VMS (Vendor Management System) candidate submissions and ensure compliance with client requirements.Work closely with Marketing to execute candidate attraction campaigns and talent marketing initiatives.Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Monitor posting effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase applicant flow.Assist with interview scheduling and recruiting logistics as needed.QualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skillsExperience using ATS or CRM systems preferredHigh attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyRecruiting or staffing experience is a plusSuccess Looks LikePositions posted quickly and accuratelyEfficient applicant workflowIncreased qualified candidate flowExcellent recruiter supportOutstanding candidate experience Company Description Whether you are seeking employment opportunities, or candidates for your open positions, iMPact Business Group is committed to providing our candidates and clients with unparalleled service and results.
