Overview

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Strategic Account Manager in Geotech Construction, responsible for leading the technical and estimating phases of projects. This role involves developing innovative solutions, managing client relationships, and driving business growth within the geotechnical and heavy civil markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead technical and estimating aspects of pursuits.
  • Develop means, methods, and constructible solutions for geohazard and heavy civil work.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth transition from pursuit to execution.
  • Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction with strong exposure to estimating and preconstruction.
  • Background as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator, or Preconstruction Lead.
  • Proven ability to develop constructible solutions and influence commercial outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM tools and B2W estimating.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
