Requires: ERP experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting Cost accounting background Financial controls, SOX controls, standard cost input process, material cost, labor cost, overhead cost, standard cost roll changes, journal entries, monthly accounting close, balance sheet account reconciliations, inventory accounting, perpetual inventory, general ledger, financial transactions, QAD, MFG/Pro, ERP, financial reporting, internal reporting, external reporting, monthly forecasts, annual budget, cost studies analysis, business evaluations, capital project spending, capitalization, internal auditsexternal The Sr. Analyst Finance assists the Finance Manager in all areas of plant accounting. Interacts with plant and corporate personnel to analyze and present data required to make sound business decisions. Backs up Finance Manager when Finance Manager is unavailable. REPORTS TO Directly to the Finance Manager Five plus years accounting experience in a manufacturing accounting role and ERP experience Some cost accounting background is preferred. ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001 Awareness Above average in Excel, MFG/Pro, & QAD Agile PLM & IPM System Business Acumen Communications Computer Applications Critical Evaluation Customer Specific Requirements Ethical Practice Health & Safety Financial Expertise Organizational Skills Problem Solving Duties: Manage accurately Master Schedule, Construction Schedules, Budget Oversight and Resource Management. Partner with Store Construction and Design to review plans and construction documents to provide feedback, guidance, direction and ensure compliance to Brand standards and budget. Partner with procurement to draft accurate Request For Proposal documentation for project bidding and provide responses to all requests for clarification during the bidding process.
