Overview

At Wyetech, the Software Engineer 3 will play a key role in advancing the company's AI and Emerging Technologies mission, working closely with federal government customers to solve complex real-world problems. This position requires a deep understanding of AI/ML techniques focused on developing tools for enhanced vulnerability identification and mitigation, along with maintaining orchestration frameworks for Large Language Models (LLM).

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and enhance planning processes
  • Develop and maintain LLM orchestration frameworks
  • Optimize data preprocessing pipelines for LLM consumption
  • Design and implement database solutions to support RAG architectures
  • Work with systems engineers to deploy AI tools within secure environments
  • Conduct performance profiling, optimization, and scalability analysis
  • Support security assessments and ATO processes

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with LLM integration and data engineering
  • Familiarity with static analyzers, RAG frameworks, and databases
  • Knowledge of Agile, Git, Jira, and Confluence
  • TS/SCI clearance with agency appropriate polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience
