Position Overview
Reprosify is seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to lead our social media presence and visual brand identity. This role combines strategic social media management with creative design work to produce engaging content that strengthens our brand and attracts real estate professionals to the platform.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, visual storytelling, and graphic design while understanding how to grow and engage audiences across major social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Reprosify’s presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Design engaging graphics, promotional visuals, and marketing creatives for social media, ads, and digital campaigns.
Create visual content such as infographics, banners, promotional posts, and short-form social media creatives.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract Real-Estate Companies.
Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages while maintaining a professional brand voice.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media channels and digital materials.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as presentations, website visuals, and promotional assets.
Stay updated on social media trends, design trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or graphic design.
Strong design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design platforms.
Experience managing professional social media accounts and growing engagement.
Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Ability to create visually appealing content that communicates clear marketing messages.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics platforms for social media management.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
