Dunkin/Baskin - International Falls is seeking a full-time or part-time Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team in providing an excellent customer experience. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining food quality and safety, and achieving team goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast and accurate customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan for each shift and monitor team performance
