This role focuses on delivering secure API integrations, custom development, and user-centric ITSM capabilities while evaluating emerging platform automation and AI opportunities.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications, custom features, and platform enhancements. Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies. Develop scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows. Configure and extend core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Build intuitive and accessible interfaces across Employee Center, Service Portal, Workspaces, and mobile views. Collaborate with technical architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, performance, and data integrity issues. Maintain development standards, security controls, automated testing (ATF), code reviews, source control, and release management practices. Create technical documentation, support scheduled platform upgrades, and identify workflow automation efficiencies.Qualifications & Experience Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow design, development, and system administration. Strong background building custom ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal development. Deep functional and technical knowledge of core ITSM applications and CMDB structure.
