Overview

P4 Automotive is seeking a motivated and skilled Motorcycle Technician to join Twisted Torch Harley-Davidson in Edinburgh, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have prior mechanic experience, a motorcycle license, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, dependable vehicle service to customers
  • Complete repair work within scheduled time frames
  • Maintain high productivity levels
  • Request parts for necessary jobs
  • Perform service and customization work according to factory specifications
  • Assist Service Writer with tasks like writing work orders and customer communication
  • Notify management of additional work needed
  • Ensure proper paperwork completion
  • Maintain cleanliness of the shop
  • Complete necessary training programs to maintain technical qualifications

Required skills

  • 3 years of verifiable motorcycle technician experience
  • Motorcycle license
  • MMI Graduate Preferred
  • Manufacturer certifications preferred
  • Master Certs or A/B level certifications preferred
  • Own a comprehensive toolset
  • Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Time management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
