As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Technical Support Manager with strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to lead our technical support function and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Job Overview

The Senior Technical Support Manager will lead the technical support team while also working hands-on to resolve complex issues and support clients in configuring and optimizing their systems within the GoHighLevel ecosystem.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and customer-focused problem-solving, ensuring that clients can fully utilize the platform and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead and manage the technical support team
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Develop internal processes, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex cases

GoHighLevel Platform Management

  • Configure and manage GHL CRM environments
  • Support clients with funnels, landing pages, pipelines, and workflows
  • Troubleshoot automation, email, and SMS-related issues
  • Manage triggers, custom fields, and system configurations

Client Support & Issue Resolution

  • Handle escalated technical tickets and client queries
  • Provide guidance on best practices and platform usage
  • Maintain clear communication with clients during issue resolution

Integration & Automation

  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations including:
    • Zapier
    • Stripe / Payment gateways
    • Twilio
    • Email services
    • Third-party tools
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, and automation setups

Process Improvement

  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
  • Collaborate with product and development teams
  • Train internal teams on platform usage and technical processes

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, funnels, and automation
  • Experience leading or managing technical support teams
  • Knowledge of integrations (Zapier, APIs, webhooks)
  • Familiarity with email/SMS systems and deliverability
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SaaS or white-label CRM platforms
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience working with international clients or remote teams
