ES Properties is seeking a hands-on Senior Property Manager to support resident relationships, property upkeep, collections, documentation, maintenance coordination, and daily operations across a growing multifamily portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Property Management Manage day-to-day operations for a multifamily apartment portfolio. Conduct property inspections and address maintenance, safety, service, and turnover needs. Ensure lease requirements, company policies, and community standards are followed. Resident Relations Serve as a primary contact for resident questions, concerns, and escalated issues. Communicate clearly, follow through, and support resident satisfaction and retention. Maintenance & Vendor Coordination Work with maintenance personnel to prioritize work orders, resident requests, and turnovers. Coordinate vendors, schedules, supplies, access, and follow-up on work quality. Collections & Administration Manage rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and resident account questions. Maintain accurate leases, notices, resident files, property records, and Rent Manager documentation. Team & Daily Coordination Provide day-to-day guidance to Assistant Property Managers and property staff. Coordinate communication among residents, maintenance, vendors, leasing, and office staff. Qualifications: 5+ years of multifamily property management experience. Experience managing multiple properties, communities, or residential locations. Knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, inspections, maintenance coordination, and turnovers. Strong communication, organization, follow-through, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills. Why Join ES Properties?
