Overview

Micron is seeking a Senior Photolithography Semiconductor Process Engineer to lead the startup, development, and optimization of semiconductor processes. This role is integral to improving product quality, yield, and cost-effectiveness in the context of a significant investment in semiconductor manufacturing at Micron's Boise facility.

Key responsibilities

  • Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes
  • Drive process yield improvements and cost reduction
  • Resolve manufacturing line problems in collaboration with multi-functional teams
  • Use project management skills to complete milestones addressing yield and defectivity gaps
  • Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers
  • Analyze statistical process control (SPC) data to drive improvements

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience as Process Owner in Photolithography
  • BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent military experience
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
