Overview

Genmab is seeking a Senior Director, US Commercial Supply Lead to ensure innovative therapies reach patients across the US. This pivotal role involves shaping supply chain strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and acting as a strategic partner to the US Commercial Leadership team to facilitate forecasting, demand management, and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and lead the US commercial supply chain strategy.
  • Serve as the US Supply Chain voice in the Global S&OP process.
  • Facilitate forecasting and demand management for the US market.
  • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting assumptions and performance follow-up.
  • Translate commercial strategy into actionable supply chain plans.
  • Define and optimize the US distribution network strategy.
  • Drive supply chain strategy and readiness for product launches.
  • Own US market product availability and service levels.
  • Act as the escalation point for supply and compliance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with DSCSA, GDP, and US regulatory requirements.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 12-15+ years of progressive supply chain experience in biopharma or life sciences
  • Experience leading US commercial supply chains and product launches
  • Knowledge of US pharmaceutical distribution models
  • Understanding of S&OP/IBP processes and demand planning
  • Experience in GMP/GDP and DSCSA-regulated environments
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Track record of multi-product or global launch execution
  • Experience with advanced planning systems like SAP and Anaplan
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
