Participate in developing and refining accounting procedures and workflows. Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reconciliation, and analysis. Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting. Proficiency with accounting software Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis tools).
