Job Description

Overview

The Sales & Marketing Analyst at Vista Higher Learning will support the Business Operations team in enhancing the strategic support provided to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The role requires an analytical mindset to assist in the development of reporting dashboards and data analysis for informed decision making.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and monitor reporting dashboards for sales and marketing performance
  • Conduct sales territory analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights for decision making
  • Review and report on marketing data, including campaign performance and ROI
  • Ensure data quality across systems and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Build and improve dashboards, update documentation, and respond to ad hoc analysis requests
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree (completed by May 2026)
  • 1+ years of professional experience in business operations or related fields
  • Problem-solving skills with experience in operational needs assessment
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
