Overview

Astound is seeking Retail Sales Representatives I, II, and III to help customers with their internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV service needs. The role involves selling products, demonstrating services, and ensuring customer satisfaction while embodying the company's commitment to excellence and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell target products and packages to customers
  • Demonstrate various products and services to inbound traffic
  • Communicate current promotions and offers to potential customers
  • Establish rapport with visitors and assess their needs
  • Review and enhance customer's current service levels
  • Appropriately address customer issues and ensure positive experiences
  • Utilize sales and billing systems effectively
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
  • Track and document sales progress and productivity

Required skills

  • Customer support/service experience in a call center
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Knowledge of cable and data products and services
  • Problem diagnosis and solving abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain new information
  • Cable Television and telecommunications experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
