Astound is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Stanwood, Washington. The role involves connecting customers to various internet and telecommunications services while providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Key responsibilities

  • Sell target products and packages while communicating effectively with customers
  • Demonstrate products and services to incoming customers at the retail center
  • Communicate current promotions and offers to potential customers
  • Establish rapport and match customers with suitable service packages
  • Review and enhance customers' satisfaction with the service
  • Provide efficient technical support and resolve customer inquiries
  • Process installations, service changes, and customer payments accurately
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and productivity reports

Required skills

  • Customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual skills preferred
