Overview

Taco Bell - Jamestown is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to support the management team in achieving operational goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires effective team leadership and communication to maintain service standards while meeting financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise team members to ensure compliance with service standards
  • Assist in planning and management to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor service of guests and respond to their needs
  • Establish and monitor sidework duty completion with the manager
  • Read and prepare daily communication sheets for shifts
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and proper table setup
  • Provide clear verbal and written direction to staff
  • Comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
