Overview

T's Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager and Front-of-House Team Lead to assist in daily restaurant operations. This role emphasizes leadership, guest service, team coaching, and ensuring that hospitality standards are met while creating a welcoming dining environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations
  • Ensure responsive and friendly service for all guests
  • Promote team spirit and a positive work culture
  • Coach team members on operational and procedural issues
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training of team members
  • Manage shifts and operational planning
  • Enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Participate in community involvement activities

Required skills

  • High School Degree required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
  • Experience in restaurant management or staff supervision preferred
  • Proficient with Point-of-Sale systems
  • Certification in ServSafe Alcohol and First Aid preferred
  • Strong guest service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership ability and positive personality
