Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the People Experience department supporting the Talent team. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, a customer-service mindset, and the drive to continuously improve processes-skills that will help you coordinate a high volume of interviews while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $39/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Partner with recruiters and administrators to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for a high volume of technical and non-technical roles. Champion the onsite interview process by hosting candidates and ensuring a welcoming, professional, and well-coordinated experience. Serve as a primary point of contact for the Coordination team, driving execution of coordination projects and initiatives. Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies in the interview process by partnering with recruiters and business stakeholders. Support operational excellence by analyzing data, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements that increase the effectiveness and scalability of recruiting operations. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks, ideally within recruiting coordination. Self-directed work style with the ability to balance urgency with meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence and a customer service mindset. Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal business partners while maintaining professionalism throughout the process.
