Core Personnel Staffing is seeking a Senior Staffing Recruiter to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves sourcing, placing, and retaining top talent primarily in light industrial and event staffing roles, while also mentoring junior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes
  • Support branch operations and mentor junior recruiters

Required skills

  • 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience
  • Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • ATS/CRM experience required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
