We are currently looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Job Overview

The Receptionist / Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and supporting basic administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a polite and professional personality, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to relevant departments
  • Manage visitor logs and maintain reception records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms
  • Provide basic administrative support to different teams
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Support HR and management with basic coordination tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate or technology company environment
