Job Description

Overview

Nextaff is seeking two Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for their family-owned medical practice located in Bradenton and North Sarasota, Florida. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, making it ideal for those looking for stability and a collaborative team environment in patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Physical Therapists with individualized treatment plans
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
  • Deliver compassionate, hands-on patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and document within EMR
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, PTs, and clinical staff
  • Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
  • Work with patients recovering from orthopedic, neurologic, spine, vestibular, and injury-related conditions

Required skills

  • Active Florida PTA license
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for helping patients recover and improve quality of life
