Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle operations, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Fleet Operations supporting the integration of our client's purpose-built robotaxis with Uber's platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent cross-functional communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Manager, Uber Integration - Fleet Operations Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $70-$75/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Own the operational program plan for the Uber integration, tracking workstreams across SOP development, tooling, support APIs, rider experience workflows, and dispatch logic Serve as the primary FleetOps point of contact with Uber's program management team, coordinating across both organizations to close open actions, finalize joint SOPs, and hit integration milestones Lead a weekly Ops integration sync, maintaining a live action log and ensuring accountability across the client and Uber stakeholders Build and maintain Uber-specific operational SOPs, covering contact handling, call routing, and fault response protocols Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and drive resolution, ensuring seamless rider experience during the integration process What's Needed? 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional programs from inception through launch Proven ability to write and operationalize SOPs in live, customer-facing environments Experience managing external partnerships or vendor relationships at the program level Strong stakeholder communication skills, capable of facilitating alignment and presenting risk summaries to senior leadership Organized under pressure, utilizing structured program management practices such as action logs, RACI matrices, and milestone tracking What's in it for me?
