Job Description

Overview

The Product Support Coordinator at Kelmar supports the growth, development, and daily activities of the KAPS product and team. This remote role involves coordinating team activities, managing internal audit functions, tracking billing activities, and assisting senior management.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with internal audit processes
  • Manage accounts and records of all internal KAPS system users
  • Generate and distribute periodic reports on KAPS tickets and activities
  • Prepare, update, and deliver polished reports for management
  • Assist with creation, review, and publication of system documentation and client communication
  • Document, monitor, and report on contracted support plans and protocols
  • Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for teams
  • Maintain a calendar of all KAPS team travel and distribute reports
  • Compile, track, and distribute KAPS-associated billing activities

Required skills

  • Proven experience as a process or team coordinator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify, triage, and resolve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships
