Review and interpret regulatory requirements and updates to ensure that client-driven products and related processes comply with applicable regulatory, labeling, and quality requirements; apply knowledge of health policy, health data analysis, cost-effectiveness, and applied economic reasoning to evaluate client requirements, translate them into compliant product specifications, assess labeling and claims feasibility, and support the preparation and maintenance of cGMP-compliant documentation; review and coordinate regulatory and quality records related to formulation and order execution, including product specifications, raw material documentation, batch-related records, and traceability files, to support compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards; monitors and analyze operational and quality information, such as batch records, material usage, lead times, deviations, and client feedback, to identify compliance considerations and support regulatory and business decision-making; coordinate regulatory and trade-related documentation, including health certificates and Certificates of Free Sale, and communicates with chambers of commerce and FDA-, USDA-, or other agency-related contacts as needed to support product distribution and regulatory compliance.
