Partner with cross-functional teams (digital/data, medical, marketing, GTMC) to future-proof our marketing model, ensuring personalization at scale, measurable script lift, and competitive launch advantage.This isn't just another marketing roleit's the "future-proof" position for how we'll commercialize drugs in 2030. Strategic Vision & Future Marketing Evolution (30%)Define and evangelize the "NorthStar" vision for marketing transformation, articulating how technology and precision tools will elevate customer experience and drive measurable business outcomes.Serve as a thought leader on the future of marketing, driving clarity around how digital tools and emerging technologies can transform brand strategy, execution, and measurement.Report to C-suite on "ecosystem ROI" (e.g., revenue lift, etc.), enforcing the key message of high-impact, culturally-resonated marketing experience.2. Product Strategy & Build Precision Marketing Ecosystem Build (50%)Lead the strategy and deployment of precision marketing e2e digital capabilities, including data layer, AI layer, activation layer, and Rx attribution layer spanning HCP, DTC, and Payer engagement.Own "compliance-by-design" (HIPAA/GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) fully aligned with architect, privacy, and legal.Own the integration of next-generation marketing tools into the broader ecosystem, including AI-powered personalization engines, campaign activation/automation, and omnichannel orchestration platforms.Guide the evolution of the marketer's role through enablement and tooling, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and personalized reach.3. Cross-Functional Leadership (20%)Partner with GTMC, Brand Marketing, and Digital teams to build and align on interconnected Precision Marketing roadmaps.Clarify roles and responsibilities across teams (digital, data, arch, medical, franchise) to drive accountability and seamless collaboration on shared initiatives.Collaborate with franchise and market teams to strictly follow global strategy and priority, while balancing regional nuance
