Overview

Process Technologist Salary up to $90,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Upper Mid-West Be the link between R&D and the plant floor. You'll take finished formulations and turn them into smooth, scalable production improving quality, yield, and cost along the way. If you like turning R&D work into real-world production success, you'll fit right in. What you'll do as the Process Technologist: • Lead product scale-ups, trials, startups, and process improvements • Partner with R&D, QA, and plant teams to move ideas into production • Optimize formulations, reduce loss, validate ingredients/suppliers, and support equipment/asset use • Manage specs, formulations, documentation, and SAP updates • Use data and CI tools to make processes better, faster, and more efficient. What you bring to the Process Technologist role: • Food Science (or related) degree or equivalent experience • At least 3 years in dairy or food manufacturing with continuous improvement exposure • Knowledge of dairy processing, food safety, plant operations, and lab/pilot equipment • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills • Comfortable working cross-functionally and traveling as needed • Better Process Cheese School certification may be required.
