Employees enjoy a clean, safety-focused environment with opportunities to develop new skills, work on high-quality products, and build a long-term career with a growing organization.What's in it for you?Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Press Brake Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 to $ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:00pm to 01:00am)Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to manufacture metal parts according to exact specifications.Accurately read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.Select proper tooling and make necessary machine adjustments to ensure accurate bends and dimensions.Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other measuring instruments.Verify that all finished products consistently meet quality standards and customer requirements.Press Brake Operator Qualifications:At least 6+ months of proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator.Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and work orders.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for machine setup and adjustments.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
