Overview

Bridgeview Estates is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for their Skilled Nursing Facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. This role involves providing direct rehabilitation care to patients referred by physicians and contributes to improving patients' quality of life in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients
  • Establish, assess, and modify realistic and functional goals
  • Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
  • Chart patient progress appropriately and timely
  • Utilize therapy software accurately
  • Assist in patient evacuation when necessary
  • Demonstrate dependable attendance and positive customer service

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
  • One year experience in post-acute care preferred
  • CPR certification (current upon hire)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Knowledge of post-acute care regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to demonstrate good body mechanics
