Overview

Nextaff is seeking two Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for a family-owned medical practice in Sarasota, Florida. This full-time position offers a supportive environment focused on exceptional patient care with opportunities for growth and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Physical Therapists with individualized treatment plans
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
  • Deliver compassionate, hands-on patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and document within EMR
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, PTs, and clinical staff
  • Help create an outstanding patient experience

Required skills

  • Active Florida PTA license
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for helping patients recover and improve quality of life
