Overview

10 Fitness is seeking a Personal Trainer for its Bowman location in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role involves conducting personal training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, while creating a positive experience for members. Trainers will focus on client fitness goals, safety, and maintaining a clean club environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct personal training sessions with clients in one-on-one and group formats
  • Demonstrate proper and safe use of fitness equipment
  • Assist management with training assessments for new members
  • Create individual programming for clients
  • Encourage client participation in fitness programs like Level 10
  • Generate client progress reports every four to six weeks
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members and clients
  • Assist front desk with member check-ins and customer service
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the training area during shifts
  • Perform routine safety checks and maintain equipment

Required skills

  • 10 Fitness approved personal training certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Experience in personal training and fitness coaching
  • Coursework in physical education, nutrition, physiology, or exercise science
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Kinesiology preferred
