Overview

As a Patient Growth Specialist at Oak Street Health, you will connect Medicare-eligible seniors with healthcare services, acting as a brand ambassador to drive patient growth in your local community. This community-facing role involves collaborating with outreach teams and executing strategies to expand the patient base.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through community events and localized outreach.
  • Identify and convert leads through cold calling, digital channels, and referrals.
  • Engage prospective patients via email, phone, and networking.
  • Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and new patients.
  • Address and resolve prospect concerns with empathy.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects.

Required skills

  • 2+ years in sales or healthcare environments
  • Ability to cold call and manage digital lead channels
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Experience with CRM and/or EMR software
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages is preferred
