Overview

The Patient Growth Specialist at Oak Street Health is dedicated to connecting Medicare-eligible seniors with healthcare services. This community-facing role requires generating leads, building relationships, and effectively promoting Oak Street Health's unique care model to expand their patient base.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through community events and localized outreach
  • Conduct cold calls and utilize digital channels for lead conversion
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through persistent engagement with prospects
  • Document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Serve as the liaison between clinical teams and new patients
  • Address and resolve prospect concerns with empathy
  • Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers and outreach leadership on strategies

Required skills

  • 2+ years experience in Sales or Healthcare environments
  • Cold calling and managing digital lead channels
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and/or EMR software
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft and/or Google Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
