Overview

Pat Kelly Equipment Company is seeking a self-motivated Parts & Product Coordinator to support its parts department. This role involves providing customer service, managing parts orders, and maintaining inventory for construction equipment and tools. The company emphasizes a collaborative work environment and offers training for new hires.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct over-the-counter and phone sales of parts, tools, and supplies
  • Provide high-quality customer service and aftermarket support
  • Research, locate, and coordinate parts orders through a dealer network
  • Inform customers of marketing promotions and events
  • Perform routine parts inventory counts and adjustments
  • Assist with daily shipping and receiving logistics
  • Support all departments as needed
  • Attend training from equipment manufacturers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department manager
