This position plays an important role in keeping our Parts, Service, Sales, and MotorClothes departments moving. We need someone who takes pride in staying organized, works with a sense of urgency, and understands that getting the right part to the right place at the right time You'll Do Receive incoming parts, accessories, MotorClothes, merchandise, and other dealership shipmentsVerify shipments against packing slips and purchase ordersInspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damage, or discrepanciesAccurately check parts and merchandise into our inventory systemLabel, organize, stock, and distribute incoming items to the appropriate departmentsStage and organize parts for the Service Department and techniciansPrepare outgoing packages, returns, warranty items, and other shipmentsMaintain an organized and clean shipping/receiving and storage areaAssist with inventory counts and inventory controlHelp identify and correct inventory discrepanciesCommunicate with Parts, Service, Sales, and MotorClothes when orders arriveHelp keep dealership operations flowing efficientlyAssist the Parts Department and other departments as neededWhat We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:Dependable and on timeHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to prioritize multiple tasksWilling to take ownership of their areaAble to work independently without constant supervisionA strong communicator and team playerComfortable using computers and learning dealership inventory systemsAble to safely lift and move boxes, parts, tires, and merchandiseWilling to jump in and help wherever needed Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, parts, automotive, powersports, or dealership experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.Why Twisted Torch Harley-Davidson?
