Job Description

Overview

The Night Shift Paramedic Supervisor at Integrity EMS is responsible for managing the nightly operations and crew, ensuring that ambulances are prepared, and addressing any staff issues. The role requires a licensed Paramedic in Tennessee and involves training new employees while also interfacing with facility staff to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Work at least 3 shifts per week on the ambulance
  • Follow up on night crew issues
  • Manage the night crew weekly schedule
  • Assist with billing quality assurance
  • Onboard new nighttime employees and serve as a Field Training Officer (FTO)
  • Assist with training and quarterly inservices for employees
  • Interface with facility staff to facilitate new nighttime business
  • Follow up on facility issues

Required skills

  • Licensed Paramedic in Tennessee
  • Ventilator management (certification within 6 months of hire)
